Meet Richard – Partner Realtor, ARK Property Team | Pure Realty

Richard brings a unique blend of deep-rooted Texas heritage, professional expertise, and heartfelt commitment to his work as a principal agent with the ARK Property Team. A native of Lampasas, TX, Richard developed a strong appreciation early on for the Hill Country's charm and close-knit community. After living in major cities like Dallas, Vancouver (WA), St. Louis, and San Antonio, he returned to Austin in 2003—drawn by its vibrant culture, natural beauty, and opportunity-rich environment.

Richard’s professional journey began at H.E.B., where he advanced to Customer Service Manager while pursuing his degree at the University of Texas at San Antonio. He earned a BBA in Accounting with a minor in Management Information Systems, which laid the groundwork for a successful career in corporate sales and marketing. Working with Fortune 500 companies, Richard specialized in streamlining operations and driving strategic growth, sharpening his skills in negotiation, customer service, and data-driven marketing.

His pivot to real estate was both a professional and personal decision—driven by a passion for helping others and a desire to be closer to family after his son was diagnosed with autism. This transition allowed Richard to bring his extensive business background into real estate, where he now helps clients navigate complex decisions with confidence and care.

As part of the ARK Property Team in partnership with Donna Ciccarelli, Richard specializes in residential, farm and ranch and commercial development.
