Propel Physical Therapy Services

My name is Joshua Lyon, I'm a physical therapist and local outpatient clinic owner.  Before becoming a physical therapist, I served as an infantry officer in the United States Marine Corps. Early in my career as a physical therapist, I focused on developing strong orthopedic clinical skills. During that time, I discovered two things that shaped the direction of my career. First, I was drawn to the business and management side of healthcare and the importance of building sustainable, high-quality practices. Second, I saw the power of true inter-professional collaboration and repeatedly noticed that many of the injuries I was treating could have been prevented if movement quality and biomechanics had been addressed earlier. These experiences led me to create Propel Physical Therapy Services.
