He has held senior executive roles, including Senior Vice President and Head of Culturally Diverse Markets, leading growth across the United States, Latin America, and the Caribbean. His leadership has helped agencies generate millions in annual production while developing high-performing agents. Based in Cedar Park, he works closely with the local community, offering guidance on life insurance, annuities, and long-term financial strategies. He is passionate about building relationships, supporting business owners, and creating opportunities through education, mentorship, and trusted advice in the community today.

Hi! I’m Sofia Martinez, Co-Founder, Marketing Coordinator, and Licensed Insurance Agent at Chosen Partners Insurance & Financial Services. I spend most of my time working with individuals and families, helping them understand their options when it comes to financially protecting themselves and their loved ones.

I began my career in client relations and communications and later transitioned into the insurance and financial services industry, where I now focus on guiding clients toward reliable coverage and helping them feel more confident and comfortable in their financial decisions.

I am bilingual in English and Spanish, which allows me to connect with people from different backgrounds. I enjoy building real connections and being someone people feel comfortable reaching out to, whether it’s for guidance or just a conversation.
