So they create a website full of messaging and design that is not relevant or appealing to potential customers. With some simple techniques and an open-mind, you can learn about your customers and use that knowledge to drive more sales. We'll talk about • When to survey and how • How to interview your customers • How to analyze and create valuable insights Bring your business cards and be ready to get connected and be inspired. We meet on the third Tuesday of every month at 8:30 a.m. Our speaker begins at 9 a.m. and we try to get wrapped up by 10 a.m. so you have plenty of time to go out and take on the world. We invite local speakers to share expertise in areas such as customer service, sales, and best business practices. We encourage all types of businesses to join us and we make an effort to promote our local business neighbors. We are always looking for motivational and innovative business solutions.
