We are excited to be a part of the Johnny Trigg Shootout! It is a series of KCBS-sanctioned Master Series cook-offs throughout Johnny Trigg’s home state of Texas! The Johnny Trigg Shootout celebrates the legacy of Johnny Trigg, the “Godfather of Barbeque”, and offers pitmasters a chance to win additional prize money, trophies and a chance to be crowned the Johnny Trigg Shootout Champion!
We are only taking the first 70 BBQ teams! Registration is not confirmed until Registration form, W-9, and entry fees are received. All teams must be self-contained.
