You’ll own the planning, coordination, and documentation required to deliver successful projects. This role is perfect for someone who is skilled at problem-solving, communication, and managing multiple moving parts with confidence.

  • Own project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and change order management
  • Drive coordination across subcontractors, field teams, and design partners to ensure scopes and schedules stay aligned
  • Maintain clear, accurate project documentation (RFIs, submittals, meeting notes) to ensure visibility and accountability
  • Build and manage strong client and partner relationships through consistent communication and updates
  • Identify and resolve risks early, including design conflicts, schedule impacts, and cost issues
  • Lead project closeout, including punchlist, documentation, and turnover

What You Bring

  • 4–7 years of construction project management experience, including responsibility for projects in the $3M–$10M range
  • Strong understanding of project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and change order management
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing project execution across multiple scopes
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining organization, accountability, and follow-through
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams

Why This Role Is Different:

  • Direct exposure to leadership (not buried in layers)
  • Opportunity to grow with the business
  • High ownership environment (not siloed PM work)
  • Growth path to Sr. PM and beyond

Why Capital is Different:

  • Real ownership, not just oversight. Our PMs are trusted to own outcomes, including financial performance, decision-making, and how projects are executed
  • Opportunity to shape how we build. As a growing company, we’re actively improving processes and systems, PMs here help define how work gets done
  • We run toward challenges, not away from them. Complex projects, tight timelines, and tough situations are part of the jo, we step in, take accountability, and find solutions
  • We build strong relationships that last. We prioritize trust and communication with owners, partners, and each other to consistently deliver successful outcomes

Bonus Points

  • Experience managing MEP-heavy or specialty construction scopes.
